Bad girl when The Doctor says it = endearing, bad girl when Moffat repeatedly says it as though it actually means anything = vaguely unsettling. Also, if you really want a “bad girl in the TARDIS,” I think all the previous female companions, especially Donna, fit that role quite nicely whilst still managing to not lose their personality due to poor writing.
